xTool MetalFab Laser Welder / CNC Cutter is an advanced multifunctional system for modern metalworking workshops, manufacturing, service businesses and demanding home users. It combines laser welding, CNC laser cutting and cleaning of metal surfaces in one solution.

The system enables precise and efficient processing of a variety of metals, including stainless and structural steel, aluminium, brass, galvanised sheet metal, titanium and other metal alloys.

Powerful CNC cutting

Combined with the 1200 W laser welder, the system enables cutting without visible burrs up to approximately 10 mm structural/galvanised steel, 5 mm stainless steel or titanium, 4 mm aluminium and 3 mm brass. With the 800 W version, the maximum recommended thicknesses are slightly lower. Actual results depend on the material, settings and processing conditions.

Precise laser welding

The 1200 W version enables welding of stainless and structural steel up to approximately 5 mm, while the 800 W version enables welding up to approximately 4 mm. The system is designed to help less experienced users quickly select the appropriate parameters.

A smarter workflow

xTool MetalFab uses technologies such as Smart Dual Camera, Smart Nesting, VibeFreeCut™, FlexiTrack™ in ObstacleFree™, which help improve precision, material utilisation and cutting quality. The built-in software simplifies operation and parameter selection without lengthy manual adjustment.
