General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the DRM d.o.o. online store (drm.si) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for e-commerce, the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
By using this website, the visitor (buyer) agrees to the general terms and conditions. Any visitor who enters any data is obliged to enter only accurate and true data, information, materials, etc. Inaccurate and untrue data will be treated as abuse and referred to the appropriate legal service. Data obtained through online forms and during ordering will be used only for the business purposes of DRM d.o.o.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

At DRM d.o.o., we are aware of the importance of privacy and are committed to the complete privacy of our customers. We guarantee that we handle personal data responsibly and respectfully, and protect it carefully in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Republic of Slovenia, the European GDPR requirements, and the internal acts of DRM d.o.o. Only authorized employees of DRM d.o.o. and contractual processors have access to your personal data, exclusively within the scope of the purposes presented in the accession statement. Access to personal data is limited strictly to the extent and purpose necessary for the smooth implementation of work processes, the sales process, and marketing purposes in accordance with consent.

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

In Slovenia, we operate the online store www.drm.si. Customer satisfaction with our products is a fundamental value we strive for; therefore, we treat customers’ personal data with special care and responsibility. We are committed to the lawful, fair, and transparent processing of personal data, ensuring that only authorized and competent employees have access to it, who handle personal data in accordance with regulations and protect it from misuse or destruction throughout the period of lawful processing.

METHODS OF ACQUISITION AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect or receive personal data in various ways:

  • Through the registration form for joining the DRM d.o.o. customer database. Data is entered into the main electronic database via a web interface.
  • By registering on the DRM d.o.o. Slovenia website www.drm.si via an online form. With this method of registration, your data is transferred to the main electronic database within 4 weeks.
  • When subscribing to the e-newsletter on the DRM d.o.o. Slovenia website www.drm.si. With this method of registration, your data is transferred to the main electronic database within 4 weeks.

  • Occasionally through prize draws, competitions, and member activities, where the consumer is always informed of the purpose of collecting and using personal data.
  • Through social networks and other marketing tools, such as applications, where the consumer is always informed of the purpose of collecting and using personal data.
  • Through your inquiries via email, regular mail, or other forms of communication based on personal data.

A person who submits their personal data and at least one contact detail with consent enters the DRM d.o.o. customer database. Entry into the database is free of charge and entails no obligations for the customer.
For further use and processing, we obtain and store the following data:

  • basic personal data for registration (name, surname, address, email address, mobile or landline number);
  • username and password;
  • additional personal data (date of birth and gender);
  • personal experiences and opinions about products;
  • billing information for the online store (payment card number, expiry date, CVV code, delivery and billing address);
  • data on purchases and transactions (type and number of products purchased and returned, date of purchase);
  • customer support data (questions, answers, and information you provide to us in this context);
  • photos, videos, and comments that you send to us or publish yourself;
  • social media data that you provide to us by logging into the website via social networks or through interaction via the DRM d.o.o. Facebook page;
  • location and geolocation data that you provide to us yourself;
  • your personal data obtained from publicly available sources, including social media data;
  • other data you provide to us in the context of your self-initiated inquiry (e.g., skin condition, age, etc., when looking for suitable products).

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

DRM d.o.o. collects and processes personal data within the framework of marketing activities and sales via the online store www.drm.si in Slovenia. We collect data for the following purposes:

  • notification about products, news, promotions, and special offers, as well as exclusive personalized benefits for members based on demographic data, such as birthday benefits, via email, regular mail, or SMS/MMS message to a mobile number;
  • sending promotional and advertising messages via email, regular mail, or SMS/MMS message to a mobile number;
  • providing services you have requested (such as sending newsletters, automatic notification of product restocks, etc.);
  • execution of sales and transactions in the purchasing process via the online store;
  • identity verification to avoid fraud;
  • managing your participation in various promotional or advertising activities (such as prize draws, competitions, surveys, offers, market research, etc.);
  • execution of our contract with you in the online store purchasing process (e.g., for the delivery of products purchased in our online store);
  • fulfillment of obligations arising from any agreement with you;
  • compliance with legal requirements (e.g., for invoicing);
  • ensuring that the content and functionality of the www.drm.si website are adapted to your preferences and needs to the greatest extent possible;
  • advertising and administrative management on the www.drm.si website;
  • conducting research and analysis of the www.drm.si website, including analysis of the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns using web analytics tools.

The security of personal data during purchase is also ensured by complying with applicable legal obligations and recommendations of the Slovenian and international consumer associations.

WEBSITE AND ONLINE STORE

When visiting the www.drm.si website, certain data is collected for operation, quality assurance, and the collection of general statistical data on usage. This includes data about your device’s hardware and software, which is recorded via cookies and code embedded in the website. This data may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, visits to subpages on the website, duration of individual page views, your paths through the website, screen setting data, and referring websites such as search engines, third-party websites, etc. Website visit data is identified only by a unique identification number and is anonymized, meaning that an individual cannot be identified based on it. To make a purchase in our online store, we require your personal data, and we take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data. We do not disclose the data you provide to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of a payment card purchase and product delivery. You can view, change, or request the deletion of your personal data via email at prodaja@drm.si. The user is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password and appropriate software (antivirus) protection for their computer.

For orders weighing less than 200 grams and valued between 1 and 30 EUR, an additional fee for preparation and packaging is charged.

Web cookies are also considered personal data. A cookie is a small file stored on the computer when visiting a website. Cookies contain various information that the website reads when you visit it again. In principle, cookies do not contain personal data, but they can be used to view user settings and other data related to your past activities on the website. If you disable cookies on your computer, it will not be possible to complete a purchase in the online store. The DRM d.o.o. Slovenia website www.drm.si uses web cookies to ensure the best possible service when viewing our web content and ordering in the DRM d.o.o. online store, and to ensure the security and smooth operation of the website. You can visit most pages in our online store without having to disclose your personal data, such as your name, address, and email address. Nevertheless, we obtain some information automatically through the use of cookies and web signals (“pixel tags”), which are standard tools in the web industry. ORDERS

The online offer of items may change daily; online prices apply to items online. You can order the desired goods electronically via the online catalog or order form, via the email address: prodaja@drm.si, or by telephone based on the price list. Data on the concluded contract or the submitted order is stored at DRM d.o.o. The contract can be concluded in the Slovenian language. You can conclude a contract or order by telephone, email, or the internet via the online store. Corrections or additions to the order can be sent to us by email or telephone within two hours of submitting the order.

PURCHASE STEPS

Before starting an order, the visitor to the online store must register as a user. After registration, the user can begin the ordering process.

Ordering steps:
Step 1: Select the quantity of products*
Step 2: Select the payment method for the selected goods and the delivery.
Step 3: A list of all items** you wish to order and the total purchase amount is displayed. In this step, the customer confirms that they are familiar with the ordering conditions; otherwise, the order cannot be completed. You also finalize the order in this step.

*, ** All prices are in EUR. All prices are informative and non-binding. In the event of a dispute, the court in Koper, Slovenia, has jurisdiction. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. We assume no responsibility for any errors. In the case of purchasing film/material sold by linear meters, we reserve the right to a minimum length/quantity variation of +/- 5%. The minimum purchase quantity for film/material sold by the meter is ONE (1) linear meter. In the event of an outdated price or if the price of an item changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while also offering a solution to mutual satisfaction.

In the event that the warehouse stock is less than the quantity shown online and we cannot deliver it, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

The delivery period for goods is 2-4 working days. DRM d.o.o. will pack and dispatch the goods with the original invoice attached within the promised period.

RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you may return ordered goods purchased under a distance contract (which includes internet purchases) without giving a reason. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of your withdrawal. In this case, you must return the goods immediately or no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal.

Warranty and material defect claims can only be made upon presentation of the original invoice.
A buyer who withdraws from the contract or order must return the goods undamaged in the original packaging and in unchanged quantity to the seller. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Check the suitability of the goods before any use of the items! Returns of already mounted or used items are not possible!

In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, unless the company offers the option to collect the returned goods itself (in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Article 43d of the ZVPot).

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of handling that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (in accordance with Paragraph 9 of Article 43 of the ZVPot).

INVOICING, PAYMENT FOR GOODS

DRM d.o.o. issues an invoice for the ordered goods to the buyer upon delivery. Ordered goods in stock are paid for by the buyer upon delivery (cash on delivery). For larger orders from legal entities (both in terms of quantity and value), a contract can be concluded, and payment is made directly to the transaction account of DRM d.o.o. Ordered goods remain the property of DRM d.o.o. until the full purchase price is paid.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The user has the right to cancel the order, but must bear the postage costs if the order has already been dispatched.

WARRANTY

Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty certificate or the invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty certificate and upon presentation of the invoice. Warranty periods are specified on the warranty certificates. The manufacturer is obliged to perform the warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the goods; otherwise, they must replace the product with another equivalent and flawless product. The buyer can also claim the warranty from the seller, but in this case, the provision from the previous paragraph also applies. Submission of goods for warranty is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty certificate; the buyer incurs no costs for this. According to the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a warranty for the flawless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the warranty directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center. The buyer can claim the warranty with the warranty certificate and the seller’s invoice.

SERVICE

Product servicing is carried out at the company headquarters:

A4/A3 printers, heat presses, and similar small products are repaired exclusively at the headquarters of DRM d.o.o.
On-site servicing of these products is not possible.

In the case of larger machines or systems where transport to the headquarters is not possible or practical, please contact us in advance to arrange a possible on-site service.
On-site service is possible only with prior notice and confirmation of the appointment by DRM d.o.o.
In the case of on-site service, travel costs and other expenses are charged.

Products can also be dropped off at the DRM Ljubljana or DRM Celje branches. Servicing is not performed there, but DRM d.o.o. will arrange for the logistical transfer of the item to the company headquarters, which may result in a longer processing time.
Even in the case of personal delivery of the item to a branch, prior written notice to the company’s email address is required.

Delivery and Documentation

Appropriate documentation must be attached with every submission of an item:

Service is performed exclusively after prior written notice to the email address prodaja@drm.si.
We service exclusively products purchased from DRM d.o.o.
The service bill will be issued after the repair is completed, based on the actual work performed and materials used.

DATA

Anonymity is guaranteed when browsing our website. We do not collect personal data. You voluntarily entrust us with your personal data, such as name, postal address, email address, and telephone number, upon registration in our online store for correspondence, purchase, or participation in online surveys, etc. DRM d.o.o. may retain emails you have sent to the DRM d.o.o. online store (prodaja@drm.si) and forward them to the website maintainer or our other colleagues involved in the online store. These may be viewed, but only for the internal use of DRM d.o.o. and for the continuous improvement of work throughout the company. DRM d.o.o. daily analyzes data on the traffic of the DRM d.o.o. online store, daily visit statistics, daily downloads of certain files, and the country of the visitor who downloaded the file. The collected statistics serve us to improve the usability and user-friendliness of the site itself, and we may also provide them to third parties, but such statistics do not contain any personal data, as they are in no way used for those purposes.

DOCUMENT ARCHIVE

For all orders, we will send you an order confirmation by email. You will receive the invoice together with the delivery of the shipment. All documents (purchase records, orders, invoices, complaints) are kept at DRM d.o.o., Orleška cesta 16, 6210 Sežana. A registered buyer can request copies of documents at any time, which we will send by email or regular mail. They can also be viewed within the user interface itself.
