Detailed description

High-quality DTF white ink (1000 ml) is designed for reliable and uniform printing of the white base in the DTF (Direct-to-Film) process. Due to its high opacity and excellent whiteness, it ensures strong, vivid colors and clean details even on dark and colored textiles.

The ink is formulated for stable flow through the print head, which helps reduce issues with uneven application and improves print consistency in mass production. It is ideal for use with DTF films and DTF powder, where the white layer represents the key base for high-quality transfer onto textiles.

Main advantages:

  • High pigmentation for strong opacity and a distinct white base

  • Uniform application for better graphics and sharp details

  • Good adhesion and print durability (with proper drying/curing and heat transfer)

  • Suitable for professional use and large print runs

Recommendations for use:

  • Shake well before use (white ink naturally settles more).

  • Regular circulation of white ink and basic system maintenance are recommended for the most stable operation.

  • Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed, away from direct sunlight.

Suitable for DTF printers with I1600 and I3200 heads and for those who print daily or 1–2 times per week.

For those who print less frequently (or have longer breaks between printing), we recommend Low Sediment or NO Sediment DTF white ink. In addition to the classic (standard) and No Sediment formulations, Low Sediment is an excellent “intermediate” solution that combines the advantages of both:

  • Less sedimentation than standard white – pigments are stabilized, so the ink settles slower and less frequently.

  • Better flowability – resulting in longer intervals between agitation and fewer issues when starting up after a break.

  • More affordable than the No Sediment version – typically does not use the most expensive stabilizers.

In practice, this means that Low Sediment ink still requires occasional agitation, but significantly less often than standard ink. At the same time, it reduces the risk of nozzle clogging, although it generally does not reach the full stability of the No Sediment formulation.
