Detailed description
Professional 42 cm DTF printer with 2× EPSON i3200 heads is an excellent choice for small and large series of DTF transfers. It is designed for ease of use and minimal maintenance – featuring automatic white ink circulation and white ink stirring in the tank, ensuring stable white output.
For the most reliable operation, we recommend using No Sediment or LOW sediment DTF ink, which settles significantly slower (or almost not at all), resulting in fewer consistency issues and more constant results.
We provide on-site service, installation, and support. We have been servicing DTF printers for over 3 years, possess extensive practical experience, and generally keep spare parts in stock – for quick solutions and minimal downtime.
The set also includes an automatic DTF shaker, suitable for small and large series, as it is equipped with a vacuum table. A special feature of the shaker is automatic powder recycling, which returns powder from the collector back into the process, reducing consumption and ensuring more even application. Since DTF powder is the adhesive, it must be correctly and evenly applied to the film – without it, the transfer will not work.

DTF damper (ink damper) for Epson I1600 / I3200 is a key part of the ink system that ensures stable and uniform ink supply to the print head. It acts as a pressure damper and micro-filter, helping to reduce air bubbles, improve flow consistency (especially with white ink), and reduce the possibility of banding and nozzle dropouts.
Due to more controlled flow, the damper contributes to more repeatable results, better color application, and greater printing reliability in daily DTF production. It is suitable as a consumable part for regular system maintenance and quick resolution of ink flow-related issues.
