DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where a design is printed directly onto a special transfer film, dusted with adhesive powder, and then transferred to fabric using a heat press. It enables vibrant, durable, and multicolor prints without pre-treating the fabric.

DTF prints are typically very durable—properly printed and cured transfers can withstand dozens of washes without cracking or peeling. Quality also depends on settings and materials.

  • cotton
  • polyester

  • Film removal: cold or hot (depending on film)

Yes, it still requires regular maintenance, mainly due to white ink—it separates and can clog the print head, so regular cleaning is recommended.
