“Low Sediment” white ink – a compromise between standard and No Sediment

Suitable for DTF printers with XP600, I1600, and I3200 heads:

• XP600: due to the more “sensitive” nature of the head, Low Sediment is a good choice for less sedimentation and a lower risk of clogging; however, we still recommend regular circulation/mixing of the white ink.

• I1600: a stable industrial head where Low Sediment works well as a cost-effective solution with less frequent mixing and better flow.

• I3200: ideal for production runs; Low Sediment helps with white consistency and longer maintenance intervals, but for maximum “peace of mind,” No Sediment is still the best choice.

In addition to the classic (standard) and No Sediment formulations, there is also Low Sediment white ink. It is a practical “in-between” solution that combines the advantages of both:

• Less sedimentation than standard white – pigments are stabilized, so they settle more slowly and less intensely.

• Better flow and consequently longer intervals between mixing.

• Lower price than the No Sediment version, as it typically does not use the most expensive stabilizers.

In practice, this means Low Sediment ink still requires occasional mixing, but significantly less often than standard white. At the same time, it reduces the risk of nozzle clogging, although it usually does not reach the same level of stability as No Sediment.
